If you feel confident enough with all the movement patterns that pass in the “Training is Fundamental” you can join this class to work with combinations. In your daily life, this training will make you feel more resilient, move easier and better. We work on fitness as well as getting stronger. This involves asking something of your stamina and finding how to move forward in your mobility. Because everyone already knows the exercises, more can be played with, the variation is great! Past are powerlift elements that are purely about strength such as a bench press, squat and deadlift. You have to be able to do these movements (with good posture) to participate in this class. There are also elements from gymnastics (rings, hanging), fitness (with dumbells and bands), kettlebells (swings and more), rowing and cycling.
