For anyone who wants to elevate, elevate and elevate some more! You can perform the movements at your own pace, sometimes it’s nice to work in teams so you can share a “station” and alternate elevators and rest or spot. You can also take this class occasionally if you use many of the elements covered in your Open Gym workout and would like some feedback. It can also be supportive to share what you find difficult, what you can celebrate and what you experience while lifting with people who also participate in the workout. Because it can sometimes take a little longer to focus properly on very heavy weights, this class often takes longer than 1 hour. You can choose to stay for the whole class (depending on how you feel). To join this class, you must be able to deadlift, squat and bench press with at least one barbell (20 kg).
