For beginners and those seeking depth or improvement in their training. This class focuses on quality of movement. There is space and time to practice and learn conscious adjustments to movements so they work for your body. This includes breathing, mobility, core strength, and technique such as the deadlift, squats, push and pull movements. Each class takes the form of a circuit. Movements come from fitness (with dumbells and bands), kettlebells (swings and more), and there are machines for rowing and cycling at Queer Gym.

You can focus on your own pace more than in other classes. You use less heavy weights. The class focuses primarily on form, less on fitness.
