‘Pink’ elderly (65+)

For those of 65 yrs and older in our community, there is yoga, strength training, boxing and dancing every 4 weeks on a rotating basis. Our trainers are specialized in creating a safe environment with a lot of attention to strengthening daily movements. Challenges are not avoided, but made applicable for everyone! A free cup of coffee or tea afterwards.
