I'm Kim and my pronouns are die/his.
I've been working as a Crossfit Trainer for 5 years, passed my Level-2 last April (whoohoo!). In addition, I am a Pre- and Postnatal fitness specialist (pregnant and pregnant parents). I have worked with children in the past year and it was super fun! But I was missing something I've been looking for for a while: working with the queer community.
To me, queer means being seen. No more hiding or holding back, but living in my truth as much as possible and encouraging/inspiring others to do the same.
What you will learn and experience working with me *in short* is a safe (queer) space to deepen the basic techniques for Powerlifting, and gain confidence in moving.
