Have you always wanted to learn how to enjoy running? Or do you feel uncomfortable running on your own and do you want to meet new people to take a jog with you during a busy week? This is your chance!

Start this class with a warm-up round and some dynamic stretches. Then learn all about running techniques, take your time to actually run and cool down with some more stretches.
