For beginning boxers and people who want to learn more about the basics of punching, defense and footwork. Classes are a mix of circuit (conditioning and strength), boxing bag-training (basic punches, combinations and footwork) and duo exercises where you will learn the do’s and dont’s of defense. There is no physical contact in this training. We have the gear you need!
