With over 10 years of experience in the gym and a deep passion for strength training, Sharon helps you better understand your body and move with confidence. In her personal training, safety, technique, and body awareness are central, not just what you do, but especially how and why you do it.

Together, you’ll work on getting stronger in a way that fits your body, your pace, and your life. Sharon is motivating, clear, and dedicated, and strongly believes in teaching proper movement patterns so you can continue training independently and confidently.
