Lorenzo is specialised in Pilates Personal training.
Pilates is great for increasing mobility and core control; it can also help in managing pain, building overall strength, and increasing body awareness.
I will guide you personally through the session, meeting you where you are. I also make use of the Pilates equipment to support the body and/or challenge movement.
I am available at Queer Gym West on Monday evenings, Wednesday mornings and evenings, and Friday mornings.
