high intensity interval training

Every Wednesday morning you can get an intensive half-hour workout that challenges your strength, conditioning, balance and endurance. With guidance, you work through circuit exercises that engage all the major muscle groups in your body. The exercises are short (maximum 40 seconds), switch quickly (you usually do between 5 and 10 exercises per round) and vary in form (you hold a position, jump, sprint, hang, push and pull).

This workout is ideal if you:

  • have little time
  • want to start the day with a boost
  • get bored quickly, or
  • want to find out in half an hour which form of exercise you’d like to focus on more.
